Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Christine Robin. She had many stuffed animals to play with. Her 3 favorite stuffed animals were Sky, a light blue bird; Pinky, a pink cat; and Sunshine, a yellow rabbit.
Christine has always wished that she could write stories where her stuffed animals come to life.
One day, Christine was 10 years old. She learned an important fact should she write a story about her stuffed animals. She learned that her book will be copyrighted only for 96 years, then it will enter the public domain, which means that people will be allowed to use the characters all they want to.
Christine Robin was focused on school for most of the next few years. During periods when school was closed, she tried to think about remembering to write about these 3 characters.
After Christine Robin graduated from high school, she gave herself a nice list of things to do. They ranged from hanging out with close friends to wondering when to have a child, but the most exciting was writing stories about Sky, Pinky, and Sunshine.
Christine Robin began work on her first story. Its title was just "Sky Pinky Sunshine". It introduced the main characters of the series and their properties:
Christine Robin = A little girl who is the best human friend of the 3 animals.
Sky = A blue bird who loves to fly and makes sure that everything that is in hard-to-reach spots is okay.
Pinky = A pink cat whose goal is to chase any rats that enter the yard.
Sunshine = A yellow rabbit who must make sure the carrots in the yard don't overpopulate.
After she finished her first story, she started her second story; "Sky Pinky Sunshine: Raincloud Comes". It introduces a gray donkey named Raincloud. Sunshine is a very nice rabbit that Christine Robin, Sky, and Pinky all love. But having Sunshine occur too much can be something bad according to what they learned; sometimes Raincloud is needed. Raincloud has the responsibility of giving water to the land. Raincloud and Sunshine must take turns taking care of Christine Robin's yard.
Her third story is titled "Sky Pinky Sunshine: Raincloud Is Good". It talks about Raincloud as someone who it is sometimes necessary to have. Refusal to have Raincloud allows someone to come along and put the trees in the yard on fire. This is a red fox named Firefox. Firefox is the real enemy of Chrstine Robin, Sky, Pinky, and Sunshine. Raincloud the donkey is necessary to save the trees from fire.
Her fourth story is "Sky Pinky Sunshine: Pinky versus Tanny". Tanny is a dog who wants to give mice free rights to be in Christine Robin's yard. Tanny just wants to defeat Pinky, But at the end of the story, Pinky wins.
Christine Robin kept writing more and more stories about Sky, Pinky, and Sunshine. One day, she gave birth to a baby girl named Mary. She loved all the Sky Pinky Sunshine books.
Mary and her friends all loved the books in the Sky Pinky sunshine series, hoping that people will continue to love the stories as the years go by.
Many, many years later, the books' copyright expired, and they entered the public domain.
People started writing their own Sky Pinky Sunshine stories that feature characters Christine Robin didn't think about. In some of these stories, Tanny learns to be good and befriend Pinky. Others feature a great white shark named LRB. One of the most notable things about LRB is what the letters stand for. They stand for Left Right Back, although a common mistake is thinking that they stand for Left Right Both.
One day, a man named Isaac Albert wanted to write his own story about Sky, Pinky, and Sunshine. He wrote a story where Sky, Pinky, and Sunshine had 2 human friends; Christine Robin and Jimmy the Pooh.
Also new to Isaac's story was a pond where 2 ducks lived; they are named Jeanne and Daryl. Jeanne and Daryl love bread; Sky, Pinky, and Sunshine always try to find bread to feed to the ducks.
Sometimes Christine Robin visits the pond to see Jeanne and Daryl. Christine is responsible for buying bread.
Isaac also put the event of a little boy playing a music toy into his version of the story. He put the event where the boy plays free play but his uncle wants him to play Mary Had a Little Lamb.
